Available opportunities:
- Janitorial Service Technician: Part-Time regular (NTE 22 per week)_ FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS_ Earn up to $300+ per week*
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our office premises, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for our staff, clients, and visitors. This position requires strong attention to detail and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in commercial or janitorial services is preferred; knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment; Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require moderate physical exertion; Good communication and interpersonal skills; High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Grounds & Building Technician: Full-Time (Seasonal/ NTE 9 months)_ $14.00 per hour/ 40 hours per week
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds and buildings at a public housing agency. The duties will include but are not limited to cleaning debris, trimming shrubs, and cleaning up litter from the grounds. The persons in this role will also be responsible for cleaning the gutters of one and two-story buildings using ladders and operating a bucket truck. Must be able to use a harness and follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of pedestrians, including children.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred; Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and procedures, including filter changes, equipment safety checks, and general repairs; Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy; Good physical stamina and the ability to handle moderate physical exertion; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality; Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to established guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Residential Maintenance Assistant_ Full-Time (Seasonal/ NTE 9 months)_ $13.50 per hour/ 40 hours per week
- Responsible for maintaining a decent and safe environment for our customers. The incumbent will be responsible for performing various basic and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our residential properties. This includes filter changes and equipment safety checks (smoke detectors and carbon dioxide, etc.).
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in basic maintenance or related field is preferred; Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and familiarity with equipment safety checks; Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately; Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members and residents; Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Service & Repair Clerk (Maintenance Shop)_ Full-Time (Seasonal/ NTE 9 months)_ $14.00 per hour/ 40 hours per week
- As a Service & Repair Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our maintenance shop. You will be responsible for administrative assistance and maintaining accurate records related to service and repair activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred; Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair concepts is advantageous; Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping; Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data entry; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to work collaboratively with team members and prioritize tasks efficiently; Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
