Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2 years of experience with ticketing system
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of IT customer service processes
- Knowledge about personal computers
Education :
- Highschool Diploma or higher
