Position Details & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Inside Operations Manager, the Junior Project Coordinator is an entry level position that supports all of reSAWN TIMBER co.’s Project Coordinators and Administrative Specialist. The main function areas include administrative tasks and supporting internal aspects of project production. The main goal of a Junior Project Coordinator is to master all aspects of project coordination through our processes and systems, to eventually transition into the Project Coordinator role. To reach this goal, the Junior Project Coordinator must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to Project Coordinators in all internal aspects of project production and coordination
• Including, but not limited to, submittals, sales orders, invoicing and shipping documentation

• Coordinate with office and samples department to ensure timely delivery & return of approved samples
• Coordinate between Project Coordinators and other internal departmental reSAWN staff regarding orders
• Ensure paper and electronic files are accurate and up to date for all orders
• Assist in invoicing and recording payments in Quickbooks
• Coverage in Administrative Specialist’s absence
• Answers phones, processing non-standard sample requests, CRM data entry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 1-3 years comparable experience
• Solid computer program skills, including Excel/Numbers and Word/Pages and web-based applications

• Knowledge of wood and/or manufacturing a plus
• High level of aptitude for math

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
