Summary:
Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Junior Technical Assistance (TA) Analyst to join our team providing TA analyst support for Health and Human Resources (HHS) public health preparedness and response programs under the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) contract. HRSA will be supporting health centers in transitioning the Health Center COVID-19 Response Program to a commercial distribution model while ensuring continued access to vaccine, testing, and therapeutics for HRSA-supported health centers. The HRSA will carry out public health preparedness and response protocols, coordination mechanisms, and training to enhance logistical support that enable health centers to respond to emerging health care issues.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide TA for health centers based upon Health Center COVID-19 Response
  • Program and other health center needs to address public health priorities
  • Assist in the updating and development of health center TA products including fact sheets, infographics, and one-pagers
  • Monitor and review existing online community resources to remove outdated content and update with timely resources and communications
  • Leverage and update existing resources, and phase out outdated or unneeded resources which shall be determined by evaluating the Health Center COVID-19 Response Program and emerging public health priority programs, including HHS, CDC and HRSA-supported resources, administration, education, and outreach
  • Assist with identifying trends that may require additional targeted TA
  • Assist with evaluating health center issues to determine TA assistance required
  • Assist with responding to participant inquiries and feedback as well as guidance issued by HHS and other federal partners
  • Assist with providing bi-weekly newsletter program updates
  • Respond to new and concurrent emerging public health issues and ad-hoc requests

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum two (2) or more years of experience supporting technical assistance for recipients of federal funding/grants. Experience should include developing training and technical assistance materials; and identifying trends/data to determine the need and type of technical assistance required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing technical assistance within the U.S. Health and Human Services and health care entities preferred
  • Prior experience with health organizations preferred


The salary range for this position is $97,000.00-127,000.00 Annually.
