Summary of the position:

The primary responsibility of the Community Treatment Specialist is to initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct services to adolescent boys involved with juvenile probation and their families. The Community Treatment Specialist will be responsible for conducting at least one group a day and the implementation of the daily schedule which focuses on cognitive restructuring, workforce development, and community connection and teaches youth how to replace irrational/antisocial thinking with prosocial thoughts. The individual will be working in a site-based community treatment program. Evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with a target population of at-risk youth is required.
• Valid Driver’s license
• Automobile Insurance meeting company required bodily injury limits and access to a vehicle.
