We are looking to hire a kennel technician. The role requires an animal lover as this job is very hands-on with providing care to the pets we board. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong work ethic who has a desire to learn and excel within our organization. No prior experience is needed but is always a plus. We will train in the right person in all responsibilities and animal care, behavior and handling.

Job responsibilities include:

• Feeding, watering and medicating pets.
• Maintain and ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed to ensure facility cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Proper cleaning and laundering of animal luggage in our laundry room.
• Perform activities with pets and take photos/videos during activity times.
• Placing pets in proper runs/enclosures and bringing pets to owners.
• Tending to the mental well-being by providing enrichment services, toys, etc.. that is necessary to all breeds and sizes of pets
• Letting animals in/outside for proper relief and exercise. Including walking dogs for potty breaks.
• Maintain proper physical appearance while ensuring that you are in clothes that can get wet or bleached.
• Will help handle animals when necessary for grooming, medication, training, etc.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Must have great attention to detail
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time options available
