Key Account Administrative Assistant Job at Ariat International
About the Role
As a Key Account Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our fastest growing customer categories as a partner to maintain the organization, communication, and administrative functions. You will also be required to communicate effectively with external and internal cross-functional partners to maintain a positive and productive relationship that supports the team's business results and needs.
You’ll Make a Difference By
- Building and maintaining high level of collaboration/partnerships with multiple internal team members across different functions, and coordinate those efforts for timely and efficient execution
- Assisting in meeting preparation, calendar management, presentations, weekly tracking, and file management
- Supporting logistics, documentation, and communication for sell in and marketing meetings
- Supporting account managers in day-to-day ad hoc needs for project execution
- Coordinating set up and execution of drop ship businesses with web portal management
- Tracking Marketing co-op expenditures, including inputting into Work Front and credit memo retrieval
- Assisting account managers on sample tagging, retrieval, organization, and web sample needs
- Coordinating event details - ordering, tracking & shipping any relevant materials, communicating schedules, and recapping meeting notes
- Submitting Marketing fixture orders to Account Analyst for entry and communication on delivery information
- Completing forms required for new styles that support the retailer's omni channel needs
About You
- 3 - 5 years of similar experience
- Self-starter and able to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage time and work against business deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Exceptional Microsoft Suite ability with advanced Excel skills, including Adobe Acrobat DC
- Remote Position
- Travel is required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
