Key Holder/Shift Lead Job at ADR Hardware, LLC
ADR Hardware True Value in Apache Junction, AZ is looking for a shift lead to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 237 N Apache Trl. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. Candidate will be responsible for opening/closing shifts along with register setup and close for each shift. Previous hardware experience and retail management experience is required.
Position is full time year around with employee purchase discounts, vacation, 401k along with annual bonus.
Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
- Train and develop new team members to company standard as needed
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
- Inventory check in
- Stock shelves
- Must be able to lift 90 lbs.

- Window Screen repair
Qualifications
- Must have hardware/plumbing/electrical experience
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Hardware, electrical or plumbing experience
- Prior retail experience preferably in Hardware Retail
- Good math skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Forklift operator
