Kitchen Manager/Chef (International Street Food) Job at Boxete Group LLC
Boxete Kitchen is a new concept that focuses on bringing international street food to our customers. Our dedication to service and quality food to our community is our mission. We are hiring experienced kitchen managers that can be part of our family to serve our customers with our value.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the daily food preparation and cooking process.
- Ensure standard and consistent quality of all prepared meals.
- Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
- Schedule kitchen employees.
- Capable of performing the duties of all kitchen positions.
- Oversee all training and development of kitchen staff.
- Ensures products are stored at the correct temperatures and the recipe books are up to date with current menu items, portions, and ingredients.
- Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
- Ensure equipment schedule is followed per policies and procedures.
- Monitors kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and fire department regulations.
- Ensures compliance with state, federal, and local food handling requirements and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform daily inventory assessments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,794.72 - $57,559.24 per year
