Kitchen Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
- Responsible for shift preparation including ensuring the kitchen is properly organized and staffed.
- Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
- Train kitchen employees in designated stations.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
- Schedule work shifts for employees.
- Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performs quality control of food products to ensure they are up to standards.
- Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Certification from a culinary school.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Authorized to work in the USA.
