Pay is based on kitchen experience and availability.

JOB SUMMARY
Prep meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Steam fresh seafood, cook, and any other action kitchen related.

*Prior kitchen experience preferred. Candidate must be reliable, friendly, outgoing, and team oriented.
*Reports directly to the Kitchen Manager
*Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of The Sailfish at Marsh Creek Marine.
*Responsible for the quality of products served
*Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods
*Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes

• Availability to work Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor Day holiday weekends is needed. As a restaurant on the water accessible by boats, many choose these holidays to visit our restaurant with their families and friends. Making us a destination spot over Spring/Summer holidays.
