Summary Description
Assist Team Leaders within the Apparel Department to achieve excellent customer service during Bike Week Laconia Harley-Davidson.
Dates of employment are JUNE 7TH - JUNE 21ST

- Customer Service
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customer
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
- Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
- Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
- Point out any current sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers
- Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
- Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase
- Inform all customers of in-store promotions.
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy, a positive attitude and demonstrate our shared values and commitment to success to do the right thing at the right time to deliver exception customer service.
- Cashier Functions (When Applicable)
- Ensure all transactions are completed promptly while checking for accuracy
- Process all paperwork and maintain organization of all media.
- Receive payments for products and services rendered. Authorizes all credit card payments by verifying signature, billing zip code and entering CVV.
- Ensure that all customers receive purchase receipt and change
- Ensure that all customers are thanked for their purchase and invited back.

Physical Demands
- Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day.
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 50 lb. of merchandise.
Working Conditions
- Majority of work is conducted indoors; however, some outdoor booth sales are conducted periodically during open houses or other events.
