We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in lawn care to help us maintain our lawns. This position requires you to visit each house and carefully evaluate the yard and make recommendations on maintenance to ensure that everything is up to the highest standard. You will work on-site and make regular recommendations on how to improve our service.
Responsibilities:
- Properly remove debris and waste from lawns, roads, and other areas.
- Maintain a clean work environment; Accurately bend, lift, and dispose of waste.
- Oversee the work environment to ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with company policy.
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs and expectations.
- Maintain a supply of necessary materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
