$16.50 - $17.50 CREW MEMBER – No Experience necessary

$18.50 - $19.50 LEAD IN TRAINING – Basic landscape knowledge of ground cover techniques, locates, cleanup and hauling. Continue to show progress in learning paperwork. Must show leadership potential.

$20.50 - $22.50 TIER 1 CREW LEAD – One year landscape experience at Affordable Services with leadership training as a Lead in Training. Total comprehension of ground cover techniques and paperwork. Show progress in learning fence building, patio installation, retaining wall installation, French drains, walkways, equipment use and maintenance, irrigation techniques.

$23.50 – $25.50 TIER 2 CREW LEAD – Two years landscape experience to include one year Tier 1 Crew Leadership at Affordable Services. Total comprehension of ground cover techniques as well as fence building, patio installation, retaining wall installation, French drains, walkways, paperwork, equipment use and maintenance. Show progress in learning Deck and Pergola building and irrigation techniques.

$26.50 - $28.50 LEAD TRAINER – Three years landscape experience with two years of successful leadership. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Total comprehension of ground cover techniques as well as fence building, patio installation, retaining wall installation, French drains, walkways, paperwork, equipment use and maintenance. Experienced at Deck and pergola building and irrigation techniques. Show progress in successful estimating.

$29.50 + PROJECT MANAGER Four years landscape experience with impeccable leadership and training qualities. Total comprehension of ground cover techniques, patio installation, retaining wall installation, French drains, walkways, paperwork, equipment use and maintenance, deck and pergola building, and must have irrigation certification. Must be able to estimate any type of job.
