LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Reports To: Production Manager

Major Goals: -

Be a part of the team to meet or exceed sales & profitability.

Also:

1)Communicate with Clients, the Production Manager, provide outstanding proactive service

2)Work closely with the Production Manager and Technical Support Staff (Horticulturalist, Irrigation Technicians, Enhancement Manager, Salespersons & Subcontractors) in the performance of the contracted maintenance services within the budgeted hours.

Key Results:

1. Client communication & satisfaction.

2. Coordinated effort with the Production Manager to meet or exceed budgeted profitability through efficient scheduling & increased productivity. quality, safety, and company policies.

3. Direct & monitor Technical Support Staff on the jobs.

4. Implement and monitor safety programs.

5. Assist in problem solving on assigned sites.

6. Snow removal during winter season & special projects as directed.

7. Coordinate timely submission of accurate paperwork: site reports, time sheets & logs, weekly safety meetings, & site measurements.

Performance Standards:

1. Assist in completion of contract work within budget hours and schedules.

2. Quality rating of accounts as determined by customer and VP Operations.

3. Assist crews to make sure they have effective training; maintain quality service, care for Company equipment, and comply with Company Safety Program & policies. records, and employee turnover.

4. Work with Production Manager to obtain contract extras as defined by annual budget on contract jobs.

5. Promote & contribute to high team morale through improvements, attitude, and encouragement of team members to overall company morale.

6. Meet deadlines defined by Company policy, procedures & as agreed upon with Supervisors.

7. Always demonstrate professional conduct & appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
