POSITION INTRODUCTION: We are looking to hire a full-time Landscape/Grounds Maintenance person to be a part of our growing team. You will be responsible for providing ongoing landscape maintenance for our customer in Nogales, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Ensure all landscaping and ground maintenance assignments meet contractual standards.
  • Monitor all job-related supplies and equipment. Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and in good working order.
  • Work with Supervisor to resolve all landscaping issues.
  • Perform all landscaping duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualified documented disability.
  • Ability to balance, bend, stand, walk, kneel, twist, stretch, climb, and sit.
  • Ability to use hand or power tools or related equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 10 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities and the public.
  • Ability to use good judgment, problem solve and meet deadlines.

WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday from 5am-2pm
