Position Overview:

Genesis Group, LLC is a locally owned, design/build construction, landscaping, and deck company that consistently exceeds industry standards. We are a fiscally sound company and are looking to add an energetic Salesperson to our organization who will be part of helping grow our business.

The successful candidate for this position is one who is dedicated to helping customers achieve their dream outdoor living spaces by performing assessments, measurements and producing an incredible 3D virtual architectural design. You will receive free training in 3D design on a comprehensive CAD program and will also be provided with a state-of-the-art computer and programs with access to an in-depth CRM program to help track our customer retention and sales with ease. Work with an effective, competitive, and compassionate team of people who love what they do. Earn a lifetime of skills outside of sales that with follow you wherever you go.

The successful candidate will be reliable, goal-oriented, job-focused, self-motivated with a strong dedication to customer service. As leaders in the industry, the Genesis Group team must also present a high level of ethical standards for both themselves and as a representative of the team. The future team member will also be focused on serving both colleagues as well as customers to achieve a common goal. With the tools and teamwork provided this position is also responsible for driving sales growth, quality, and profitability. There is no cold calling necessary for this position.

Position Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a sales representative

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Position Description:

· Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a schedule

· Coordinate sales efforts with team members or General Manager

· Keep on the forefront of best practices and current trends

· Customer expectations and satisfaction

· Sales accuracy and quality

· Use of processes and continuous improvement of systems and processes

· Continuously improve through feedback
