TruGreen Lawn Care operating in Western KY and Southern IL employees 20+ team members working toward the common goal of providing excellent customer service while providing great lawns with our fertilizer, pesticide, aeration and seeding programs. New-hire candidates must be able to work on their feet all day and lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

Entry level field work starts in at $12-$14 but those that excel will have opportunities for increased pay and responsibility. Work will begin in the field along side experienced technicians, working routes, servicing customers while learning our system. We are looking for quick learners that catch on during our on-the-job training program to have the opportunity to begin working their own routes.
