Pay for Lawn Care Worker: Starting at $20.00 per hour.

We guarantee $20.00 per hour during training. Once training is complete(two weeks) pay is based on production. Employees that exceed our expectations through completing more jobs are exceeding $20 per hour. Caring employees that exceed production goals average can increase their wages by several dollars per hour.

The more efficient and harder you work the more you make.

Operating hours for Lawn Care Worker:

Monday-Friday minimum of 8 hours required daily, flexible start times if needed. Generally, we start at 6:30am. Some Saturdays will be required, overtime may be required if needed. No days can be taken off in the months of April or May.

Primary Duties for Lawn Care Worker:

Our Lawn Care Worker are responsible for completing fertilizer, weed control applications, lawn aerations, and lawn inspections.

Providing excellent service to our customers.

Complete daily applications in a timely manner with high quality work

In field sales

Maintaining equipment and trucks for high productivity

Qualifications/Requirements for Lawn Care Worker:

Valid driver’s license and willing to allow our insurance company to review your driving record to determine insurability. Not all driving infractions will lead to denial of employment.

Works well in a team and as an individual

Obtain a pesticide applicators license that is paid for by Weed Man

Ability to move across lawns of varying steepness and terrains

Ability to transport 50 pounds 8-10 hours a day

Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain, etc.)
