The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for leading your lawn crew members to provide professional mowing, lawn and landscape maintenance and snow removal services on commercial properties. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to clients properties performing services within landscape maintenance industry
• Knowledgeable of proper handling and operation of commercial mowing equipment
• Demonstrates the ability to skillfully strip, edge, and trim all types of commercial/residential lawns
• Performs detailed cleanup of clippings from hard surfaces and mulch beds
• Performs general equipment maintenance.
• Assists with various peak season operations, including Spring Clean-Ups, Fall Clean-Ups, and snow removal.
• Ability to lead team members and your crew to hit budgets and make important decisions to achieve correct profitability on jobs without sacrificing quality.
• Work alongside, delegate, and distribute work according to job site size, time, and available resources
• Responsible for final inspection of job sites

Requirements:

• Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in commercial/residential mowing.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of experience using commercial mowing equipment
• Minimum of Twp (2) years of experience using commercial trimmers and blowers
• A Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record per Company policy, a chauffeurs license
• Knowledge of essential job functions and responsibilities
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Meet all physical requirements of the position
• Pass all drug and alcohol screens as required by Company policy and, if applicable, required by DOT regulations
• 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
