Simply Lawn Care is looking to add to it's team this Spring! We are looking for hard-working, non-smoking team members that have a clean driving record and great work ethic. We are a fast-growing company that believes in fairly compensating our team members.
We look for determination and mindset when hiring, not just skill and experience. Our goal is to build a team of landscapers who help redefine what it means to be a lawn care & landscaping company. Our focus is on helping our team members improve their own lives and skill set while performing quality work for our customers. We are constantly looking to change and improve the business as well as each other.
Things to Note:
-Starting pay is $20/hr + P4P
-P4P (Pay for Performance) program allows employees to earn bonuses on EVERY paycheck based on their efficiency
-Work Week: Mon - Thur
-Start Time: 7am
-End Time: 3-6pm
-Full-Time
-No experience Required
-Positive mindset, hard-work, and willingness to learn REQUIRED
-Valid Drivers license & reliable transportation REQUIRED
-Legally Allowed to work in United States REQUIRED
-Ability to lift heavy objects REQUIRED
-Ability to work with a team REQUIRED
-Smoking in, on, or around workplace FORBIDDEN
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
