You will serve in a client facing role to support services and technology commercial agreements for clients across a variety of industries.
Requirements:
- Drafting and negotiating services and technology agreements, software licenses, and other ad hoc commercial contracts.
- Experience working with business teams to support the development of commercial contract documentation such as service descriptions, service level agreements, and fee schedules.
- Experience with cloud and SaaS deals, IT and business process outsourcing, managed services agreements, and other licensing arrangements is highly valued.
