This Lead Carpenter position comes with a starting competitive starting wage of $35 - $40 per hour depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD CARPENTER / PROJECT SUPERVISOR

• Minimum 7 years Lead Carpentry experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to manage field crews and Subcontractors
• Ability to read building and architectural plans
• Proficiency in estimating and scheduling
• Thorough knowledge about all phases of carpentry
• Have excellent skills in all phases of carpentry

The company is located on the North Shore, and although we do some work on the North Shore, our projects are primarily located in Wellesley, Newton, Cambridge, Belmont and other towns around Greater Boston and Metro West.
