The Lead Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for directly managing the Scheduling Coordinators. This includes setting goals, managing performance, coaching and development. They will collaborate closely with the Recruiting & Onboarding team to utilize both existing and new caregivers to backfill open hours with existing clients. The lead will review performance of team members and create solutions to improve hours utilization, client satisfaction, and caregiver retention.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates in the hiring, training, and, ongoing learning of team members.
- Develops and mentors team members and is responsible for employee improvement.
- Reports results compiled from AMS and other reporting tools to leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Develops creative process enhancements to achieve improved results.
- Creates and executes plans to utilize both new caregivers and existing with availability.
- Collaborates with branch and area leadership to gather feedback on current processes and communicate improvements.
- Maintains and builds relationship with Recruiting and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Functions as a Scheduling Coordinator as needed based fluctuation with demand.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the ability to create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or relevant field preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three (3) years of previous sales, retail, or customer service experience required.
- Leadership experience of at least two (2) years is strongly preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
