Amyx is seeking a Lead Scrum Master for our DOD client in Colorado Springs, CO. This individual will lead a functional team within the agile development of a new system which will encompass both hardware and software integration with legacy programs. The Scrum Master will lead several cross-functional team efforts, and communicate with both internal team members and customers. This position will report directly to the Project Manager and is key to successful implementation within the customer’s
Responsibilities:
The Lead Scrum Master’s primary job responsibilities will include:
- Leading multiple cross-functional Agile teams
- Communicating with team members and customers
- Developing metrics and key performance indicators
- Reporting status
- Documentation: Product backlogs, epics, users stories, roadmaps.

- Hardware and Infrastructure
Qualifications:
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with SATCOM or Army signal command
- 5+ years of experience leading Agile/DevOps:
- Experience managing projects in similar size and scope, with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing IT projects involving application, infrastructure, and legacy integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess an Active Secret Clearance – required (w/ ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent job experience.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Candidate must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal direction
- Certified Scrum Master certification or IcAgile Agile Fundamentals certification
