Core Responsibilities
- Supervision and care of toddlers
- Plan and implement planned activities
- Team Teaching
- Supervise afternoon aide
Day-to-Day Activities
- Supervise and play with children
- Daily care routines
- Communicate with children, families, and staff
- Use observation and documentation to guide learning
Requirements
Must Have
- Meet DHS Rule 3 requirements for Lead Teacher or be willing to work towards them
- 2 years experience in a licensed childcare center
- Friendly, kind, patient personality
Nice to Have
- Team Teaching Experience
- CDA, post-secondary education
- Experience supervising aides
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
