Job Summary:
Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. Healogics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Learning Performance Analyst who will be responsible for supporting our integrated learning and development strategies. This person must have experience with Learning Management Systems, data management, reporting and analytics, strong communication and collaboration skills, and advanced Excel skills.
All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Reporting – 50% of duties
- Create and interpret reports and suggest improvements based on the data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Design and publish leaderboards and dashboard views to drive learning performance – familiar with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar tools to monitor the efficacy of the program with relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and process intake
Learning Management System Maintenance – 25% of duties
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to build course structures, enrollments, and track completion status of learners.
- Manage user data integrity by conducting manual loads to bulk correct user status, access, and other user-related information.
- Continuously improve processes for data entry, maintenance, integrity checking, and data clean-up, and simplify workflows for users.
Learning support – 25% of duties
- Assist with the development and execution of L&D strategies.
- Support the design and development of learning materials such as e-learning courses, job aids, standard operating procedures, manuals, and other training documentation.
- Produce and support instructor-led training, both virtual and live including working at events, processing registration and producing completion status
- Support managing the Learning inbox correspondence
- Occasional travel as needed
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning and Development role or equivalent role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing large data sets, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- All regular U.S. Healogics team members must be at least 18 years of age (may vary by state law).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems, including course structure development, enrollment, course completion tracking, and reporting.
- Subject matter expert with tools such as MS Teams, Excel, Power BI or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail, is well organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
