Bollinger Crest has an immediate opening for a motivated Leasing Agent/Relief Manager to join our Team! The ideal hire will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar sales-related role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered.

As a Leasing Agent/Relief Manager, you will be the face of our Community to Residents and Prospective Residents, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate and sharpen your Customer Service skills. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable Property Management experience, as this position assists with all aspects of our daily operations. Candidates must be reliable, personable, and motivated to succeed. This is a part-time position, but you must be able to work weekends.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Weekends Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property management, required
• Prior lease-up experience, highly preferred
  
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS NOT LIMITED TO:

• Tour available Apartment Homes
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential Residents
• Foster a harmonious work environment and provide a safe and sanitary environment for guests and associates
• Mediate and resolve tenant issues
• Provide backup support/coverage to manager as needed
• Set up Clubhouse, Model and check touring Path daily
• Secure lease agreements from qualified persons
• Properly process rental Applications

• Answer phone inquiries from prospective tenants and convert phone inquiries into Property tours
• Some physical activity which includes daily property walks, and other light maintenance.

• Provide accurate information about each apartment home
• Utilize Property Management Software for daily tasks
• Conduct Inspections as needed for Move ins/Move outs
• Assist with Property beautification as needed
• Report to on-site Community Manager
