Seeking a highly motivated, dependable, creative, charismatic, & personable individual to fit into the role of Full-Time Leasing Advisor. This role will require the right candidate to be working between two closely located communities in the Rocky Hill area on specified days of the week. A set schedule will be provided.

As a leasing consultant and a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing and help manage the daily activities of the property. This position will also require you to contribute regularly in a broad range of tasks that include but not limited to administration, marketing, customer service, operations, business development, event planning, and resident relations.

Job Duties

  • Marketing and leasing of apartment homes
  • Answering phone calls & emails in a prompt manner
  • Responding to phone inquiries, email, and internet leads
  • Scheduling prospect tours
  • Touring prospects through the community & model apartments
  • Closing leases
  • Maximizing lease renewals
  • Perform diligent follow-up on all prospect leads, including phone, internet and in-person
  • Assist with posting and review of online listings for accuracy
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
  • Coordinate, assist, and participate in community activities and events VC
  • Constant communication with tenants & fellow staff members
  • Collections of tenant rent and incidentals
  • Process maintenance requests, coordinate with maintenance, and follow up to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Ensure leases are complete and properly executed
  • Perform move in & move out inspections of apartment homes
  • Openly and effectively communicate with all staff members (porter, maintenance, leasing, painter, & manager)
  • Responsible for general office and administrative duties
  • Enforce property policies and resolve all tenant concerns
  • All other activities as requested by your supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must be willing & able to work both weekend days
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, time-management skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Superior communication skills, positive attitude, exhibit professionalism, and excellent attendance
  • Superior organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Desire to learn, adapt, and take initiative
  • A passion for helping others, creating connections, and being a member of a team

Hours: 10am-6pm

WEEKENDS REQUIRED (Sat & Sun)
