The ideal candidate is dedicated, sales driven, possesses experience in the multi-family industry, is good with relationship building, marketing and hosting resident events. Must possess excellent customer service, professionalism, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Required to work most Saturdays.

LEASING CONSULTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Leasing Professional in Property Management or sales with a proven track record
- Experienced with virtual and in person community tours
- Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets
- Superior marketing skills (familiar with the local market)
- Enthusiastic, Outgoing and Professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work weekends
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Enjoys planning & hosting resident social events
- High sales performer and strong closer
- Creative Thinker
- Exceptional customer service & relationship building skills
- Working knowledge of Yardi preferred
