Mountaineer Employment Solutions is recruiting a
Legal Secretary with strong secretarial skills and a desire to learn for a law firm in Charleston, Wes Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
- Gather and organize evidence for legal briefs.
- Use knowledge of business practices to answer questions for legal team.
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, emailing, filing and sorting the mail, etc.
Skills Required:
- Must be able to type 50 WPM
- Must have good customer service experience
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate
- Starting at $13.00 per hour
