We are seeking a Nursing Home Marketer/ Hospital Liaison to join our dedicated team at Valley View Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, a leading long-term care facility committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Interested candidates will have 1 years’ experience in marketing within long-term care industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Must have connections within the Sussex County area or be able to establish connections.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Good understanding of social media including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of nursing home admissions procedures, insurances and regulations

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement short and long-term marketing plans that penetrate the targeted market and generate customer referrals.
• Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including company websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and collateral materials.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and social media advertising.
• Coordinate and execute community outreach events, workshops, and presentations to establish partnerships and generate referral sources.
• Meet with hospital case managers and discharge managers.
• Attend health fairs and networking events after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals to build referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new marketing opportunities.
