Graceful Therapy, a quickly growing group private practice in Oswego, IL, is looking for a full time psychotherapist to join our practice. We are a team of outgoing and collaborative therapists who value learning together and are passionate about providing high quality and grace-filled therapy services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in individual and family therapy as well as a desire to work with a variety of ages and presenting concerns. Clinician should have specialty training in one or more of the following: Couples therapy (training in Gottman and/or EFT), Addictions work (CADC a plus!) or Children/Adolescents (play therapy or sandtray training). Candidate must be open, accepting, and affirming of all potential clientele including but not limited to those in the LGBTQ+ community.

Graceful Therapy provides a steady stream of referrals but does not guarantee a set number of hours. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Our team strives to be an affirming and safe space for all. Requirements are:

• Current State of Illinois license as a Clinical Psychologist, LCPC, LMFT or LCSW preferred; will also consider AMFT, LPC, or LSW with clinical experience and a preliminary license. Unlicensed clinicians need not apply.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited institution
• Willing to work at least one evening and one weekend day in addition to one or two weekday shifts
• Prior private practice experience is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
