My name is Lisa, and I run a group of locally owned massage and facial spas in the Minneapolis/Twin Cities Metro area. Our repeat clientele is allowing us to search for more full-time and part-time Licensed Estheticians, so I wanted to share a little bit about ourselves and how we compare to working independently or with other spa employers.

Our part-time Estheticians see just 12 clients a week and make a little over $20,000 per year. Could you use an extra $20,000 this year? Our full-time Estheticians see 25 clients a week and make over $50,000 with a consistent book and pay they can count on. Everyone is an individual here in how many hours and when they wish to work, but we have some Estheticians bringing in over $90,000 a year! On top of that, once you clock out, you don’t have to worry about client contact, spa laundry, marketing, or business expenses.
