Rubicon Counseling is hiring part-time and full-time Virginia Licensed Professional Counseling, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide high-quality care to clients. The ideal candidate will be willing to work with a mix of presenting problems in children and adults. These positions are for in-person or telehealth positions. Candidates with insurance credentials already in place are highly desired. However, we will provide administrative support to establish insurance credentials. Compensation based on your weekly caseload and benefits will be offered after a waiting period. Salary:

• Employees will be a W2 employee and pay will be hourly.

Qualifications/Education:

• Master’s (Required)
• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (Required)

• Flexible schedule for full-time hours (full time case load is 30 clients). Some late afternoon/evening (to at least 6pm) availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality mental health sessions to adults, children, adolescents, and couples with a range of presenting problems and diagnoses.
• Collect intake paperwork, conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Complete paperwork and case notes in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain your schedule and collect co-payments.
• Learn and use EHR system.
• Work autonomously and independently.
