LCSW/LPC/LMFT - Licensed Clinical Therapist

This position can be worked fully remote or hybrid.

Compensation:

• Salary model
• Full time employees have the opportunity to earn up to $72,000 - 80,000 annually.

Requirements:

• Clear and active unencumbered LPC, LCSW, and LMFT license in the state of Virginia
• Experience with Couples Therapy
• Experience with Family Therapy
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development.
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians who are able to quickly build rapport with the client.

Experience or interest in one or more of the following:

• Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD
• Evidence-based treatments for PTSD
