How you will help us on our mission and inspire others:

• Develop meaningful daily programs and events for residents.
• Conduct interviews with new residents through recreation assessment and leisure
  interest tool to determine preferences and interests paying special attention to details
  and information important and meaningful to each resident.
• Create, develop, and implement programs and events for residents in accordance with
  the seven areas of wellness.
• Ensure all planned programs and events are well communicated and promoted to
  residents, families and staff.
• Review and monitor the community life budget and ensure planned programs are
  offered within the allocated resources.
• Coordinate trips outside the community for the residents. Schedule with the bus
  driver, and utilize other community service providers as available
• Interact with the local area community promoting the variety and benefits of the
  resident service programs offered.
• Participate in care-plan meetings.
• Coordinate and take minutes at Resident Council meetings and Community Life
  Committee meetings.
