Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is seeking two Cooks to join our team!

As a Cook you will assist in all preparing and cooking operations to ensure a smooth running restaurant kitchen for both day and night operations. To practice in a “Serve Safe” environment of proper Food Sanitation. All staff members will exhibit a professional attitude to all managers, co-workers and guests on a daily basis.

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 2 year experience as a Line Cook.
  • Prior experience in resorts is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
  • Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
  • Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • General knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices. ServSafe Certification highly preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule which can include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Able to lift 30lbs or more

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
