We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, following recipes, and plating dishes according to customer specifications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as adhering to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Prepare food items in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Communicate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed.
