Restaurant Beck is locatied in Depoe Bay, OR. Beck is a collaborative, challenging, professional fine dining restaurant focusing on local ingredients from local farm to local fisherman.
We are currently searching for a line cook who can work part-time / full-time, hours will vary between 28 - 40 hours per week during our shoulder and off - seasons. Must have at least four years experience, with at least two in a scratch kitchen.
Our chef owner has been nominated for the James Beard award twice and likes to take very collaborative approach to the menu. Menu techniques are based in classic French, but also leads to very modern approaches. We are open seven days a week and we focus on tasting menus with it changing daily. .

Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decision making and high energy.
- Possess an understanding of cooking techniques in order to produce quality food on a consistent basis.
- Have knowledge of ingredients and basic recipes to create a variety of menu items.
- Take initiative to complete tasks and assignments in a timely fashion.
- Maintain good working relationships with fellow employees,
- Follow all health and safety regulations for the protection of the public.
- Be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
