Premier local restaurant looking for a Line Cook to work the evening shift! Hours for the position are 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Full-time position - must be flexible to work any day of the week.

Job description:

• Produce and present food products
• Demonstrate a current working knowledge of all recipes, and executing within time standards
• Put away stock according to standards
• Follow food safety standards and maintain work area
• Follow station specific duties and responsibilities
• Follow production guides, maintain stock levels and standards in product presentation

Qualifications:

• At least three years of previous restaurant/hospitality experience is required
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, reports, and procedure manuals
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to follow instructions
• This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing and talking
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Must be able to move and/or lift at least 45 lbs
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must have regular, dependable attendance & punctuality

Pay is $17-20 per hour, depending on experience
