Litigation Associate – Englewood, CO

We are looking for an Associate to join our Personal Injury Litigation team. Successful candidates will have outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation) and will work closely with senior attorneys to conduct legal research to address complex discovery and legal issues; draft pleadings and brief writing; assist with complex discovery, including the taking and defending of party depositions; and trial preparation and participation. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 – $115,000+, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
