Commercial Litigation Associate – Englewood, CO

We are looking to add an experienced Associate to our Commercial Litigation team. Successful candidates will have excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills, and will be interested in working on exciting and cutting-edge cases.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of complex commercial civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience), and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is preferred.
