Responsibilities:

• -Greet and assist service customers with loan car needs

• -Audit inventory for damage and cleanliness

• -Ensure the fleet is sufficient for daily usage

• -Follow up with customers to return loan cars

• -Handle insurance policy paperwork

• -Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences

• -Communicate with customers about vehicle usage

• -Assess and document property loss

• -Facilitate fleet readiness for service

• -Assist service department with customer concerns

Requirements:

• -High school diploma required

• -Must be organized and detail oriented

• -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products

• -Strong written and verbal communication skills

• -Luxury retail experience is preferred

• -Professional appearance and communication skills

• -Experience in a fast-paced environment

• -Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
