Responsibilities:
- -Greet and assist service customers with loan car needs
- -Audit inventory for damage and cleanliness
- -Ensure the fleet is sufficient for daily usage
- -Follow up with customers to return loan cars
- -Handle insurance policy paperwork
- -Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences
- -Communicate with customers about vehicle usage
- -Assess and document property loss
- -Facilitate fleet readiness for service
- -Assist service department with customer concerns
Requirements:
- -High school diploma required
- -Must be organized and detail oriented
- -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
- -Strong written and verbal communication skills
- -Luxury retail experience is preferred
- -Professional appearance and communication skills
- -Experience in a fast-paced environment
- -Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
