Job Description
Reviews all loan modification types, (TRIPP, SCRA, DDC, etc…) for completeness and accuracy. Will be the final line of defense for modifications and responsible for the accurate processing for these transactions prior to production implementation.
Responsible for the updating of reviewing and approving activity codes sent to Account Maintenance for updating to ensure that accounts are routing accurately. Will work closely with all other Servicing departments to ensure consistent communication and avoid duplication of effort.
Responsible for working with IT, EPMO and other business leaders in developing, testing and implementing system and process changes for Account Maintenance. Will work with the above-mentioned teams to develop business requirements and testing scripts to ensure enhancements will meet the business needs.
Responsible for all research associated with Compliance and QC findings. Will determine the accuracy and when applicable, the failure points and recommend policy, procedural or system enhancements to remediate the issues.
Ensure compliance with policy and procedure, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards
All other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED.
College degree preferred.
Six (6) plus years of work-related experience in financial services or credit related industry.
Thorough knowledge of state and federal law as it applied to loan modification.
Intermediate EXCEL knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
High attention to detail; ability to methodically review work presented to ensure accuracy and compliance to policy and regulation
