Job description:

• Perform logistics supports and coordination with logistics manager
• Arrange daily services; Coordinate work with drivers & customers
• Manage daily incoming / outgoing shipments and trucking services
• Answer phone calls and provide customer services
• Organize files and safeguard important documents
• Communicate and collaborate effectively while striving for the highest possible outcomes for customers and our organization.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Work proactively to identify problems and craft creative solutions.
• Compile data on Carrier’s performance, delivery timelines and invoicing to assess performance in order to ensure most efficient and cost-effective utilization and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or similar field (preferred);
• 1+ relevant work experience (freight broker preferred)
• Demonstrated experience to work independently or as a team.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Strong decision-making skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
