Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed in Washington State as a Registered Nurse or LPN
• Current CPR Certification, ACLS or equivalent training
• Current HIV Certification

Description: The employee will render general nursing care to residents in the Extended Care facility. Establishes and maintains a highly positive relationship with co-workers, patients, families, and the community The RN/LPN is responsible for the implementation of current standards of nursing care and for interpreting policy to the employees, patients, families, physicians, and various interested persons. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
