We are looking to fill 2 LPN positions. The position can be full-time or part-time. The right candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to assess the full scope of patient needs, using the nursing process continuously while demonstrating accountability for nursing practice through planned & continuous professional growth and development.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer immunotherapy injections accurately and efficiently.
- Performs percutaneous and intradermal allergy skin testing and specialized testing accurately and efficiently.
- Correctly documents emergency measures.
- Correctly performs nebulizer treatment and documents in EHR.
- Educate patients on the proper use of inhalers, EpiPens, and medications.
- Collects clinical information and observations and reports to RN for direction.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current CT LPN State license.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Must be able to identify and respond to emergencies and support approximately 50 - 100 pounds.
- One plus year of experience working in a Medical Office as an LPN.
- Travel is required to the Norwalk and Ridgefield offices.
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (4-day work week offered)
Salary based on experience
Sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment
