Job Summary and Qualifications:

Provides nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Administers prescribed medications, including IV solutions, and nutrition. Changes dressings and provides wound care. Documents care delivery, patient condition, reaction and progress. Reinforces patient and family teaching/counseling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
• Must have and maintain a current North Carolina LPN license

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).

The sign-on bonus requires a two-year commitment.
