Full-time | 630 a.m.-7 p.m.| 3x12 hours shifts per week

Pay: $26.00-$28.00

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:

• Oversees medication program including accuracy of medication assistance records (MARs), providing hands-on medication assistance to residents, and monitoring med passes

• Performs treatments according to physician orders

• Charts relevant information about residents

• Orders and reorders medications for residents from assigned pharmacies as needed

• Promptly responds to call lights and other requests from residents

• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information

Requirements

• Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program

• Must have BLS certification upon hire

• One (1) year of experience in senior services preferred
